I am an Information developer with experience in writing documentation for CRM, ERP, Project Management, Product Management, Analytics, Compilers, Debuggers, Business Intelligence, Product Lifecycle Management, and e-commerce related software.

I enjoy teaching people how to write articles, how to learn content, how to plan writing assignments, how to think like the reader/user, and how to keep it simple.
